Pile Breaking Hire

All JAWS machines deliver the finishing touches to piles ranging between 200mm diameter to 1100 mm diameter by using hydraulic chisels to insert into the core of any CFA/Pre-cast pile. These mechanical mandibles are specifically designed to break down both square and round piles with or without de-bonding foam.

Our unique crossbar design ensures each chisel pierces directly into the main vertical bar. While other pile croppers only hold the outside diameter, JAWS is engineered to “bite” into the core of any CFA Pile allowing rapid fracture of the concrete while clinically eliminating any potential damage to the existing rebar.
