Our JAWS PBH 300 was used to crop 350 diameter CFA Piles. The particular model used on this project was that of our JAWS PBH 23 as its relatively light in weight and therefore is able to manoeuvre in and out of tight spaces. Our distinctive system enabled us to span the rebar making it easier to extract the concrete from the pile whilst virtually eliminating any potential damage to the existing rebar. No pre-saw cut was required which saved the sub-contractor a considerable amount of Time and Money!

This project involved us breaking down secant wall (both Male and female baring piles) ranging from 900 diameter to 750 diameter both hard and soft.  The cropper that we used on this particular project was that of our JAWS PBH 900 Cropper that is designed to crop pile ranges from 900 to 750 diameter. Where most pile croppers rely on the female pile being removed so that the cropper can access the main pile our unique design doesn’t require this. To this end, we were able to insert our cropper into the core of each pile and fracture the access concrete at a rapid rate leaving all rebar undamaged and intact.
